I joined Mio Law Office as part of a never-ending quest to master my areas of legal expertise, and my desire to be a lawyer who keenly understands the needs of clients.
I have focused on corporate law since law school, and have an interest in corporate law, insolvency law, and international law due to my experience abroad in the United States and Germany.
Individuals as well as small and medium sized companies have a tendency to put off legal issues, but in the business world small legal problems have a tendency to translate to significant losses.
Please consult us about any difficulties relating to corporate law in Japan, contracts in Japanese or in English, and any other legal issues. We will do our best to support your corporate activities with easy to understand explanations and expert solutions.
As a lawyer of Mio Law Office, I desire to stay true to the motto of our firm “The Familiar Law Office,” and to this end I will make every effort to assist our clients.
